The PS Plus lineup for October 2022 is the following:
Hot Wheels Unleashed Injustice 2 Superhot
Don’t let the toy namesake fool you, Hot Wheels Unleashed can run with the best of them. The over-the-top driving action game is more of an arcade racer than a driving sim with fun and zany gameplay. The latest Hot Wheels Unleashed game will also let you drive decked-out Hot Wheels cars based on your own customizations. It also comes with a split-screen two-player and a 12-player online mode. Finally, it has a robust track creation system that lets you play on and/or share your creations with everyone else. On the other hand, Injustice 2 is one of the best fighting games around. The NetherRealm Studios’ sequel is bigger, better, and more fun than the original. Similar to the first game, it comes with an engrossing storyline that follows up on what happened after Joker’s actions led to Superman spiraling out of control and becoming a tyrant. Whether it’s the single-player campaign or the online multiplayer mode, Injustice 2 can keep you entertained for hours. Finally, Superhot is an indie shooter that takes place in a fictional world where you play as a virtual version of yourself in a leaked video game - superhot.exe. Many consider Superhot one of the most innovative shooters in years and for a good reason. You’ll want to play it yourself to find out why. You’ll have access to these three games as long as you have an active PlayStation Plus Essential subscription until October 31. In the meantime, last month’s lineup will be up for grabs until the 3rd of October.
